Stacy’s legal career spanning large international energy transactions and mergers and acquisitions began in Singapore before her move back to the US in 1999. After settling in Oklahoma, she embraced a dual role in transactional work and business litigation, excelling in entity formation, organizational and corporate governance issues, real estate transactions, contractual issues as well as litigation issues that arise for Rosell & Love’s corporate clients.
